POLÍTICAS DE LA FORMACIÓN DE CRIPTOS

Esta política será aplicada a los usuarios que adquieran la Flash Sale de
Criptomonedas desarrollada por Global Business Community. Estas
políticas son complementarias a las que aplican dentro del sitio web de
Global Business Community, conforme lo establecido en el Aviso Legal
de este sitio web.

Contenido y metodología de los cursos de la Flash Sale:
La Flash Sale contiene lo siguiente:
- Curso de Criptomonedas en vivo, dictado por nuestros traders
expertos. Este curso está conformado por 4 clases que se realizarán los
días 10, 17, 24 y 31 de enero, de 7:00 p.m. a 9:00 p.m. (hora Miami).
Un día después de finalizada la clase, se subirá al Portal, junto con el
material correspondiente, para ser vista por los estudiantes en el
momento que deseen y estarán disponibles hasta el 28 de febrero.
- Acceso a la Primera Conferencia Anual de Criptomonedas GBC 2022,
que se realizará el 8 de enero a las 7:30 p.m. (hora Miami). Esa
conferencia no quedará grabada, para verla el estudiante se debe
conectar a la transmisión en vivo.
- Curso completo de Neurotrading 100% digital. El estudiante lo podrá
ver en el momento que desee y a su propio ritmo. Este también estará
disponible hasta el día 28 de febrero.

Para desarrollar el programa el estudiante debe contar con:
- Un computador
- Conexión a internet
- Un correo electrónico

- Acceso a videos y documentos PDF.
Todas las clases del programa serán actualizadas siempre que Global
Business Community lo considere pertinente de acuerdo a la evolución
del mercado y las plataformas usadas.
Global Business Community podrá adicionar, modificar o eliminar en
cualquier momento, cualquier clase, documento o información adicional,
todo en busca de una mayor enseñanza a los estudiantes y mayores
resultados en sus ejecuciones.

Privacidad:
Cada estudiante tiene un acceso único el cual es el correo electrónico
que informa al momento de hacer la compra. Queda prohibido que un
estudiante comparta su información de acceso sin la previa autorización
expresa de Global Business Community. Compartir su acceso configura
una violación a los derechos de propiedad intelectual que protegen este
programa, por tanto el estudiante será remitido ante las autoridades
jurídicas competentes y será expulsado del programa sin que esto
configure la necesidad de devolución del dinero cancelado para su
matrícula.

Límites:
Estos cursos no incluyen sesiones de asesorías o licencias de software.
Las operaciones dentro del Mercado y las inversiones que es estudiante
decida hacer debe ser decisión propia de este basándose en el
conocimiento que ha adquirido y en su propia libertad. En ningún
momento tomaremos dinero de estudiantes u otras personas para
invertirlo por ellos.

Propiedad intelectual:

Los programas de Criptomonedas y Neurotrading fueron desarrollados
por Global Business Community y se encuentran protegidos por
derechos de autor. Queda prohibida su copia, comercialización,
distribución pública o privada sin la previa autorización escrita por parte
de Global Business Community. Cualquier persona que viole los
derechos de propiedad intelectual que protegen este programa y
cualquier programa creado por Global Business Community será
remitido ante las autoridades jurídicas competentes; y en caso de ser
estudiante será expulsado del programa sin que esto configure la
necesidad de devolución del dinero cancelado para su matrícula en el
programa.

Política de Garantías:
A partir del momento de compra, la persona tendrá siete días para
solicitar la devolución del dinero. El usuario no pudo haber visto más del
25% de cualquiera de los cursos. Se le hará una devolución del 90% de
valor pagado, el 10% restante corresponde a gastos administrativos y
de comisiones bancarias que no aplican para el reembolso. Global
Business Community tiene 30 días hábiles a partir de la solicitud para
realizar la devolución del dinero. Si el usuario vio más del 25% de
cualquiera de los cursos, no se hará el reembolso.

POLITICA DE DEVOLUCION

A partir del momento de compra, el usuario tiene siete (7) días para solicitar la devolución del dinero y no debe haber visto más del 25% del curso. Para solicitar la devolución debe enviar un email a [email protected]. Otras restricciones pueden aplicar.

REFUND POLICY

class, document or additional information, all in search of better
teaching to students and greater results in their executions.

Each student has a unique access which is the email that he informs at
the time of making the purchase. It is prohibited for a student to share
their access information without the express prior authorization of the
Global Business Community. Sharing their access constitutes a violation
of the intellectual property rights that protect this program, therefore
the student will be referred to the competent legal authorities and will
be expelled from the program without this configuring the need to
return the money canceled for their enrollment.

Limits:
These courses do not include consulting sessions or software licenses.
The operations within the Market and the investments that the student
decides to make must be his own decision based on the knowledge he
has acquired and on his own freedom. At no time will we take money
from students or other people to invest for them.

Guarantee Policy:
