POLÍTICAS DE LA FORMACIÓN DE DESBLOQUEA TU LIBERTAD PLUS

Esta política será aplicada a los usuarios que adquieran el programa Desbloquea tu Libertad Plus desarrollado por Global Business Community. Estas políticas son complementarias a las que aplican dentro del sitio web de Global Business Community, conforme lo establecido en el Aviso Legal de este sitio web.

Metodología del programa Desbloquea tu Libertad Plus:

El programa Desbloquea tu Libertad Plus se realiza de forma 100% virtual, accediendo a las clases que se encuentran en el área de estudiantes asignada por Global Business Community. El estudiante estudiará las clases a su propio ritmo y en su propio tiempo, teniendo completa autonomía de la velocidad y profundidad en el estudio del programa. Y tendrá acceso al contenido durante un año (exceptuando las grabaciones de las Sesiones de Acompañamiento Intensivo)

Para afianzar los aprendizajes, todos los estudiantes contarán con un acompañamiento intensivo en vivo. Dicho acompañamiento consta de 15 reuniones grupales y virtuales, que se llevarán a cabo durante 5 semanas (martes, miércoles y jueves a partir de las 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time). Será un espacio donde aprenderán y aplicarán todo el conocimiento que están adquiriendo y además, podrán interactuar en vivo con los profesores y resolver todas sus inquietudes. Estas sesiones quedarán grabadas (durante 3 meses) para que las vean o repitan en cualquier momento. Cada sesión dura hora y media aproximadamente.

Todas las clases del programa serán actualizadas siempre que Global Business Community lo considere pertinente de acuerdo a la evolución del mercado y las plataformas usadas. Global Business Community podrá adicionar, modificar o eliminar en cualquier momento, cualquier clase, documento o información adicional, todo en busca de una mayor enseñanza a los estudiantes y mayores resultados en sus ejecuciones.

Privacidad:

Cada estudiante tiene un acceso único el cual es el correo electrónico que informa al momento de hacer la compra. Queda prohibido que un estudiante comparta su información de acceso sin la previa autorización expresa de Global Business Community. Compartir su acceso configura una violación a los derechos de propiedad intelectual que protegen este programa, por tanto el estudiante será remitido ante las autoridades jurídicas competentes y será expulsado del programa sin que esto configure la necesidad de devolución del dinero cancelado para su matrícula.

Límites:

El programa Desbloquea tu Libertad Plus no incluye sesiones de asesorías personalizadas uno a uno o licencias de software. Las operaciones dentro del Mercado y las inversiones que es estudiante decida hacer debe ser decisión propia de este basándose en el conocimiento que ha adquirido y en su propia libertad. En ningún momento tomaremos dinero de estudiantes u otras personas para invertirlo por ellos. 

Propiedad intelectual:

El programa Desbloquea tu Libertad Plus fue desarrollado por Global Business Community y se encuentra protegido por derechos de autor. Queda prohibida su copia, comercialización, distribución pública o privada sin la previa autorización escrita por parte de Global Business Community. Cualquier persona que viole los derechos de propiedad intelectual que protegen este programa y cualquier programa creado por Global Business Community será remitido ante las autoridades jurídicas competentes; y en caso de ser estudiante será expulsado del programa sin que esto configure la necesidad de devolución del dinero cancelado para su matrícula en el programa.

Pagos:
Quienes paguen a una sola cuota tendrán acceso al curso completo desde que ingresen al Portal. Quienes realicen su pago a cuotas, deben tener en cuenta que el contenido del curso (específicamente de las grabaciones de las Sesiones de Acompañamiento Intensivas) se irán liberando con cada pago que se realice.

POLITICA DE DEVOLUCIÓN

A partir del momento de la compra, el usuario tiene siete (7) días para solicitar la devolución del dinero. Pasados los 7 días, desafortunadamente no podremos ofrecerle devolución o transferencia. 

Para solicitar la devolución debe enviar un email a [email protected]. 

Al momento de la compra el alumno activa la casilla en la que declara estar de acuerdo con los términos y condiciones, lo cual se entenderá como aceptación a estos términos. 

El desconocimiento de estos términos no dará derecho al alumno de exigir devolución alguna del pago realizado.

Cuando sea la compra de un  curso: 

Para ser elegible para una devolución el tiempo debe ser menor a 7 días a partir de la compra del curso tanto digital como presencial. Desafortunadamente no podemos ofrecerle un reembolso ni una transferencia pasado este tiempo. 

Cuando se trate del producto de Smart Money:

Todas las ventas son definitivas y finales, sin posibilidad de devolución ni transferencias a otros cursos o personas. Este producto es exclusivo y cuenta con cupos limitados.

UNLOCK YOUR FREEDOM PLUS TRAINING POLICIES

This policy will be applied to users who purchase the Unblock Your Freedom Plus program developed by Global Business Community. These policies are complementary to those that apply within the Global Business Community website, as established in the Legal Notice page of this website.

Methodology of the Unblock Your Freedom program:

The Unblock Your Freedom Plus program is carried out 100% virtual, accessing the classes found in the student area assigned by Global Business Community. The student will study the classes at their own pace and in their own time, having complete autonomy of the speed and depth in the study of the program. And you will have access to the content for one year (except for the recordings of the Intensive Accompaniment Sessions)

To strengthen learning, all students will have intensive live accompaniment. This accompaniment consists of 15 group and virtual meetings, which will take place over 5 weeks (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday starting at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time). This will be a space where they will learn and apply all the knowledge they are acquiring and, in addition, they will be able to interact live with the teachers and solve all their concerns. These sessions will be recorded for them to view or replay at any time (for 3 months). Each session lasts approximately an hour and a half.

To develop the program the student must have:

- A computer or laptop.

Your laptop or PC must have the following minimum characteristics to run NinjaTrader8:

• Operating system: Windows 10 or higher
• 8th generation i5 processor
• Memory: 16 GB RAM
• Solid state hard drive: 500 GB
• Screen: 15" (better if it is 17”)
• Mouse

- Internet connection

- An email

- Access to videos and PDF documents.

All the classes of the program may be updated whenever Global Business Community considers it pertinent according to the evolution of the market and the platforms used. Global Business Community may add, modify or delete at any time, any class, document or additional information, all in search of better teaching to students and greater results in their executions.

Privacy:

Each student has a unique access link to the email given at the time of purchase. It is prohibited for a student to share their access information without the express prior authorization of Global Business Community. Sharing their access constitutes a violation of the intellectual property rights that protect this program, therefore the student will be referred to the competent legal authorities and will be expelled from the program without this configuring the need to return the money canceled for their enrollment.

Limits:

The Unblock Your Freedom Plus program does not include one-on-one personalized counseling sessions or software licenses. The operations within the Market and the investments that the student decides to make must be his own decision based on the knowledge he has acquired and on his own freedom. At no time will we take money from students or other people to invest for them.

Intellectual property:

The Unblock Your Freedom Plus program was developed by Global Business Community and is protected by copyright. Its copying, commercialization, public or private distribution is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Global Business Community. Anyone who violates the intellectual property rights that protect this program and any program created by Global Business Community will be referred to the competent legal authorities; and if you are a student, you will be expelled from the program without this configuring the need to return the money canceled for your enrollment in the program.

Payments:

Those who pay a single installment will have access to the full course from the moment they enter the Portal. Those who make their payment in installments must take into account that the content of the course (specifically the recordings of the intensive accompaniment sessions) will be released with each payment made.

GBC REFUND POLICY

From the moment of purchase, the user has seven (7) days to request a refund. After 7 days, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or a transfer.

To request a refund you must send an email to [email protected].

At the time of purchase, the student must click the box in which he or she agrees with the terms and conditions, which will be understood as acceptance of these terms.

The lack of knowledge of these terms will not give the student the right to demand any refund of the payment made.

When purchasing a course:

To be eligible for a refund, the time must be less than 7 days from the purchase of the course, both digital and in-person. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or transfer after this time.

When it comes to the Smart Money product:

All sales are final, with no possibility of returns or transfers to other courses or individuals. This product is exclusive and has limited quotas.
